What is freeze drying?
It's a way of removing water from food by freezing it and then turning the ice straight into vapour under vacuum. Because there's little heat, the food keeps its shape, colour and most of its nutrients, and becomes light and crisp.
How long does it keep?
Sealed in moisture-proof packaging and stored somewhere cool and dry, freeze-dried produce typically keeps for a year or more without refrigeration. We'll confirm shelf life for each product with your quote.
Is anything added?
No. Our products are just the fruit, green, flower or mushroom itself: no added sugar, no preservatives and no colouring.
Do you have export certifications?
Yes. Jiraajar holds the licences and certifications required to export food products from India. We'll share copies with you along with your quote, and we can help with any documents your country requires for import.
What's the minimum order?
