About pomegranate arils
Bhagwa is India's leading pomegranate variety, known for its deep red arils and sweet-tart taste. We extract the arils from the fruit and dry them whole, seeds included.
Why freeze-dried
Fresh arils spoil quickly once removed from the fruit. Freeze-dried, they stay crunchy and bright red, ready to sprinkle straight from the pack.
How buyers use it
- Toppings for yoghurt, salads and bowls
- Chocolate, granola and cereal inclusions
- Drink and smoothie powders
- Middle Eastern sweets and desserts
Sourcing and season
We source Bhagwa pomegranates from growers in Chitradurga, Koppal and Bagalkot in Karnataka, with additional supply from Solapur in Maharashtra.
Packing and storage
We supply food-grade, moisture-proof bulk packs and retail-ready pouches, including private label. Keep packs sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal tightly, because freeze-dried food absorbs moisture from the air. Full specifications and certificates are shared with every quote.
