About Coorg orange & Devanahalli pomelo
Coorg orange is a loose-skinned mandarin grown in the coffee hills of Kodagu, with a bright, sweet-tart flavour. Devanahalli pomelo is a large, mild citrus grown near Bengaluru. Both hold Geographical Indications.
Why freeze-dried
Citrus segments are delicate and seasonal. Freeze-dried, they keep their tang and aroma, giving buyers a citrus ingredient with a clear regional story.

- Specialty snack packs
Sourcing and season
We source oranges from Kodagu and pomelos from the Devanahalli area during the winter season. Supply is limited, so we recommend ordering early in the season.
Packing and storage
We supply food-grade, moisture-proof bulk packs and retail-ready pouches, including private label. Keep packs sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal tightly, because freeze-dried food absorbs moisture from the air. Full specifications and certificates are shared with every quote.
